Lovely Primavera Return Policy  

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from Lovely Primavera. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how we handle exchanges and store credits.  

Time Frame

– Returns or exchanges must be requested within 20 days of receiving your item.  

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges  

– We do not accept returns or exchanges for:    

– Custom orders  

– Discounted products, promotions, or sale items  

Refund Options 

– We offer exchanges and store credi* only. Refunds are not available.  

Process for Returns or Exchanges  

1. Email support@lovelyprimavera.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.  

2. Once approved, detailed instructions for the return will be provided.  

Shipping Costs 

– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

– A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit issued for eligible returns.  

Damaged or Defective Items 

– For items that arrive damaged or defective, we will address these on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue.  

Non-Returnable Items  

– Custom-made or personalized items  

– Products on sale or purchased during promotional events  

Additional Information 

– This policy applies to both domestic and international orders.  

– Seasonal return extensions are not currently offered.  

– Please note that partial refunds are not available for items with minor wear or missing parts.
